1. Anti-icing Service: Anti-icing is necessary when snow is anticipated. Anti-icing keeps snow from bonding to the surface preventing ice buildup and the use of ice picks and iron shovels on the surface.
   1. Residential - $10.00 (Properties under 25' x 15')
   2. Corner & Driveways - $0.03 per square foot
   3. Small Businesses - $0.05 per square foot
2.  Snow Shoveling:
   1. 100% of the sidewalk directly in front of your property. Snow is placed on an agreed-upon area of your front yard.
   2. 100% of your entire front stairway.
   3. 25%-50% of your side entrance to front gate.
   4. Our services includes ice melt:
      1. 100% environmentally safe - We use no salt, brine, corn, magnesium, alcohol, or any flammable ingredients of any kind allowing for environmentally safe and non corrosive ice control.
      2. The ice melt we use is long lasting and works for extended periods of time to control ice build ups.
   5. When a property is treated (Anti-icing) with liquid ice melt and or calcium chloride before a storm we use plastic shovels designed to be safe on new and cured concrete, asphalt, brick, aluminum and all metals.

3. Deicing: Deicing is needed when the surface of a property has been completely frozen after a storm. The process to deice is to spreading a generous amount of calcium chloride to neutralize a frozen area then the remaining ice must be broken to make a safe walking path.
   1. Residential & Corner Properties - $0.15 per square foot
   2. Driveways - $0.17 per square foot
