Package Includes:*

1. Street sweeping services provided three days each week (depending on sanitation's pickup days), including gutter, sidewalk, stoop and front yard cleaning.
2. Garbage removed from your yard and placed on the curb to be picked up by the New York City Department of Sanitation.
3. In the autumn season leaves will be removed.

What's extra? All prices are dependent upon individual situations and availability

3. Hallway sweeping and mopping are based on estimates. Most properties however fall under the following prices.
   
1. 1 - 3 floors $20.00 per occurrence
2. 4 - 6 floors $40.00 per occurrence
3. 7+ floors - estimate required
